A custom ‘Wild Thing’ wallcovering by Brooklyn-based Flavor Paper, is the showstopper here, bringing that laid-back vacation vibe to both the Foyer and the Dining Space. Custom built-in dining bench not only offers the most seating room, but also the much-needed storage. The room’s cool blue tones repeat in both the Living Room and Kitchen. Plants from our friends at Greenery NYC grace each room.
Carefully restored antiques and family memorabilia, as well as art from local artists, give this space soul. Clients’ love of modern and mid-century designs is reflected in the curated selection of furnishings and lighting. Unlacquered brass fixtures by Brooklyn-based Watermark, and handmade tiles in custom patterns, make the two petite bathrooms elegant yet fun. In a true New York fashion, the small footprint of each space is maximized to the fullest, all while keeping the bright, breezy and playful feel.
